Brother Dean Hemphill has served the Clark’s Chapel Baptist Church family faithfully for the past 41 years; he has been called by God and has been preaching for 45 years. Brother Dean and Mrs. Pat Hemphill, his wife of 55 years, have become known as one of our community’s most notable religious leaders, with weekly write-ups in the Upson Beacon. He preaches the Word of God with conviction and is not afraid to take a stand when the world sits.

When God saved me in 2019, He blessed me with a passion to lead children and youth to faith in Christ. My family and I are honored and count it as one of the greatest privileges of our life to serve in Clark’s Chapel Baptist Church, as well as the community of Thomaston, for the glory of our Lord and Savior!
